Dentech IT, the South Yorkshire based managed service provider, has expanded its team again in 2021 with the appointment of Destiny Wallace as their new office assistant.

In a newly created role to support the wider team, this is the second new member of staff to join the growing IT firm in 2021.

Responsible for internal admin, Destiny already has customer facing experience in a temporary role that she is bringing to her first full time position with Dentech IT.

Destiny comments: “My previous role was working in an antiques centre in my hometown, but I left that job once I joined University where I studied chemistry for three years. This is my first job out of University and I’m looking forward to working in a field that is constantly changing and upgrading.

“My new role mainly consists of general admin jobs so that Luke and our other technicians can focus servicing our clients as efficiently as possible. I’m really looking forward to developing my career here at Dentech IT and I’m excited to see how the company will continue to grow and prosper.”

Luke Denman, Managing Director comments: “We’ve really hit the ground running in 2021, so as client demand continues to grow, so does the amount of associated back office admin work, so it’s essential that we provide some extra support to our Office Manager with the appointment of Destiny as our Office Assistant.

“It’s vitally important that our IT technicians don’t get swamped with admin as we need them on the front line supporting our clients, so freeing their time up as well means our clients get a better all round service from us, whether this is our proactive approach of being one step ahead of the game or reacting to issues as they arise.

“We were looking for someone with customer service experience, as part of this newly created role will be client facing by dealing with client queries and pointing them in the right direction for a quick and efficient resolution. Destiny was the perfect person for the role, and we welcome her to the team and wish her every success in growing this role and seeing where she can take it in the future.”

This is the latest part of Dentech IT’s current growth phase, following the appointment of Amy Cantor as Office Manager, numerous new client wins, and the development of their new website.
