On Monday, March 30th from 7-9pm at SPARK Studios York, EGO will host its fourth community event, “Building with Clarity: Vision, Action, Results,” bringing together female founders, entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals from across Yorkshire for an evening focused on intentional growth, aligned action and community support.

Founded by Bethany D’Inverno, EGO York was created as a space for ambitious women to connect, learn and build alongside like-minded people. The event offers a welcoming and empowering environment where modern business, feminine leadership and personal development intersect.

The evening will feature guest speaker Hannah Tuckey, founder of Eliza Lane and creator of the Visionary Growth Group - a strategic growth container for women building businesses with intention. After a decade building and successfully exiting her own business, Hannah now works with founders as a consultant. Through that work, she recognised a recurring pattern: capable women weren’t struggling due to lack of skill, they were stalling because of split focus, hesitant decision-making and building from pressure rather than clarity.

Building with Clarity is designed as a safe and intentional space for connection and meaningful conversation. Attendees can expect actionable insights, supportive discussion and an atmosphere where no dream is considered too big. The event is open to women across Yorkshire who are building businesses, exploring new ideas or seeking a community aligned with purpose-driven growth.
