Bradford BID wheel brings festive magic to the city centre
Get ready for a spectacular new addition to the city skyline this Christmas as the Bradford BID Wheel arrives in Centenary Square from 18th November to 21st December, bringing festive fun and dazzling views to the heart of the city centre.
Standing an impressive 22 metres tall, the Bradford BID Wheel offers visitors breathtaking views across the city, adding a touch of wonder to Bradford’s festive celebrations. The attraction is part of Bradford Business Improvement District’s ongoing efforts to enhance the city centre experience, encouraging residents and visitors alike to enjoy all that Bradford has to offer this Christmas.
Alongside the wheel, visitors can indulge in the seasonal delights of a traditional Bratwurst stand and Churro stall, making Centenary Square a hub of festive activity and atmosphere.
Tickets for the Bradford BID Wheel are just £3 per person, with children under 3 riding for free. No booking is required, simply turn up and take in the view.
“The BID Wheel is all about bringing festive cheer and family fun to the city centre,” said Leanne Holmes, Bradford BID Project Manager. “We want to create memorable experiences that encourage people to visit Bradford, enjoy our shops, restaurants and attractions, and support our local businesses during the festive season.”
The Bradford BID Wheel is the latest in a series of initiatives from the BID designed to draw more people into the city centre, supporting local traders and adding to the vibrant festive offer that makes Bradford a must-visit destination this winter.
The Bradford BID Wheel will operate daily in Centenary Square from 18th November until 21st December 2025, Monday-Friday 12pm-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am-6pm.
