Leeds based independent fashion retailer, The Style Attic, are asking people from all across the country to nominate a woman that they’re proud of as part of their #proudofyouproject which has launched on social media.

The brand, which was founded by Leigh Unwin, are aiming to shine a light on incredible women who have faced adversity over the last few years and deserve some time for themselves.
Leigh Unwin said, “We all have women in our lives that we admire and look up to, but often life gets in the way and we never stop to tell these people just how much we appreciate them and how proud we are of them. We want to inspire other women to have this conversation more often.”

With their values firmly based upon celebrating women, The Style Attic are not only asking for people to tell the women in their lives how proud they are of them, but to share this with the brand too.

On the 26th of January, they will be choosing three of these inspirational women to visit them for an overnight hotel stay in Leeds where they will be treated to a pamper and prosecco at their Swillington based shop as well as a brand new outfit before heading out for dinner and drinks with the family run retailer.

It’s been a tumultuous few years and The Style Attic are hoping to help support some incredible women with some much-needed TLC.

Jade Unwin, sister to Leigh and part of the team at The Style Attic, said, “The Style Attic has always been about women supporting other women. We pride ourselves on being a strong team of women, sisters, mums, aunties etc who are always there to support each other. We thought to ourselves how lucky we are to have that, and how we’d love to be able to support some other women. So that’s what we intend to do!”

If you have a woman in your life that you're proud of and would like to nominate them for this opportunity. All you have to do is send a quick email to pressoffice@laurarobinsonpr.com with their name and a little bit about why they deserve a treat. The three lucky ladies, which will be chosen next week, must be able to travel to Leeds on Friday the 4th of February for a night of celebration.
