Leeds based investment not-for-profit NorthInvest and PR agency Halston B2B have announced a new strategic partnership to provide budding Northern entrepreneurs with vital PR support.
Halston B2B will act as NorthInvest’s strategic PR partner to further promote and elevate the NorthInvest brand and its incredible investment activities. NorthInvest is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to elevate the tech industry here in the North, connecting investors and tech start-ups, this year being recognised as the UKBAA Angel Group of the Year. Founded by Prof Adam Beaumont, CEO of aql, NorthInvest holds a strong focus on supporting economic growth in the region.
NorthInvest has already facilitated over £20 million of equity investment and grant funding into Northern-based tech start-ups to date. In 2021 alone, the organisation closed 18 deals with 44% of these featuring a female founder or co-founder.

From September onwards Halston B2B will be executing NorthInvest’s external communications surrounding deal closures with innovative and upcoming northern tech start-ups.
