Harvey Nichols launches summer dining
Harvey Nichols ushers in the highly anticipated summer season with a vibrant three-course menu - best enjoyed al fresco on its popular Fourth Floor roof terrace.
Available from the 3rd of July until the 30th of September, guests can indulge in a tempting three-course menu and a glass of Cloudy Bay fizz for just £30 per person. Carefully crafted using the freshest seasonal ingredients, the set menu offers up a choice of three starters, mains, and desserts, as well as some addi-tional supplements.
Starters include the divine smoked salmon and herb mousse, a succulent poached chicken breast with tomato and nduja jam, or the fragrant lemon and parsley marinated maitake mushrooms with truffle ricotta and charred sourdough.
The mouth-watering mains include the tender charred lamb leg steak with Greek salad, the delicate pan-fried seabream with fennel cream cheese and potato, and the roasted carrots with whipped goat's cheese and orzo pasta.
A decadent trio of desserts allows diners to end on a sweet note. Choose from the refreshing honey pannacotta with a melon salad and honey tuile, the rich hazelnut cake topped with raspberry sorbet and dark chocolate, or the strawberries with basil, meringue, and vanilla cream cheese.
The Summer Dining menu is perfectly complemented by a glass of the crisp and complex Cloudy Bay Pelorus Rosé or Brut. Whether you take advantage of the suntrap roof terrace or dine indoors in the stunning restaurant, the menu is suited to all occasion.
Students looking to celebrate their graduation are especially welcome, as all graduates are offered a complimentary half bottle of Harvey Nichols Prosecco.
Due to the overwhelming success of the all-new Fourth Floor Bar, Harvey Nichols is also expanding its cake and Champagne menu by adding a carefully curated collection of delicious snacks and cocktails.
The new bar, which was unveiled in Spring, became an overnight hit with shoppers and cocktail aficionados alike. Bar snacks offered include tempura halloumi with a spiced tomato dip, padron peppers with chilli and Maldon sea salt and puffed pork crackling with a spiced apple sauce.
Throughout July and August, visitors can enjoy the Harvey Nichols Spritz menu, produced in partnership with Campari & Fever-Tree. Guests can take ad-vantage of any drink and bar snack for just £19, or £13 for a non-alcoholic beverage.
The cocktail list is suitably summery, and includes a Campari Spritz, a Blood Orange Americano, Sparkling Raspberry Negroni and a classic Aperol Spritz.
