When applying for membership of the Club, the member confirms that she has read and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Membership of the Club is for an initial contract term of 12 months and is subject to payment of the membership fee.
Following the expiry of the initial contract term, and any subsequent contract term, the member must renew their membership, or alternatively give one months prior notice.

We reserve the right not to fulfil, or to cancel, your application if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your credit/debit card or payment by other means.

We reserve the right to increase the price of individual membership subscription from time-to-time, and any such amendments will be notified at least one month in advance.
As a member of the Club, the member agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and business-like manner, treating other members with respect at all times with no direct selling allowed. Should the Club receive a complaint about any member’s behaviour, it reserves the right to suspend Membership. Such complaints would constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Should any events include guest speakers/celebrities and on the day any unforeseen circumstances arise, they may not be substituted.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time upon giving you 14 days prior written notice. The most recent edition of these terms and conditions will be binding upon you.
Members may exit the contract without penalty if they do not accept any proposed variation.
