Yorkshire Marketing agency Youbee Media are celebrating once again, after being named Finalists in the prestigious Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAs). Despite only being in their second year of business, Youbee Media have already been nominated for several industry awards, winning ‘Marketing Consultancy of the Year’ for two years running in The Prestige Awards, in addition to nominations for the Yorkshire Choice Awards, FB Fashion Ball and SME Business Awards.

The Enterprise Vision Awards ceremony is the UK’s largest annual award event for women in business. Now in their 12th year, the EVAs continue to celebrate the achievements of outstanding professional women. Youbee Media competed against new businesses from all sectors across the UK to be named as Finalists. Coral Horn, founder of Enterprise Vision Awards commented “The EVAS encourage women to aim high and have their voice heard, they are the gold standard for female enterprise. All our finalists should be hugely proud of their achievements, the competition was intense and highly contested. Good Luck to all the finalists!”

Rebecca, Dena and Olivia from Youbee Media are now looking forward to attending the glitzy ceremony later this year. Rebecca notes “We’re really excited for the glamorous ceremony - it’s both inspiring and exciting to be around other ambitious professional women – no wonder there’s such an incredible buzz around this event!’

Having been featured in Insider Media’s ‘42 under 42’ list in April this year, Rebecca knows that a strong precedent for success has been set. This annual list celebrates rising talent among business owners and entrepreneurs across the Yorkshire region, and Insider Media’s recognition is another nod to the drive and vision that have propelled Youbee Media forward as ‘one to watch’ in Yorkshire’s marketing industry arena. Rebecca is proud of her industrious team, noting A lot of hard work goes into running a small business – but it’s the people behind me that drive our success. Whether it’s the team dedicating their efforts into our growth, or our amazing network of supporters and mentors”.

In the next stage of the awards process, Rebecca will participate in a 20-minute interview with a panel of judges. This interview consists of a pitch presentation and a series of questions from the judges.

Heather Waters, Natwest Regional Enterprise Manager - North West has been involved in the judging of the EVAS for 10 years and says “As the UK’s biggest business bank, we know that female-led businesses have a vital role to play in the economy and we are committed to championing the potential of female entrepreneurs. The EVAS is a fantastic opportunity to both recognise and celebrate the success of women in enterprise and we look forward to this year’s event and hearing the inspiring stories that the awards shines a light on every year.”

If the judges are unable to reach a unanimous decision, the winner will be decided by public vote. Watch @youbeemedia’s social channels for further updates and announcements.
