Charlie was recognised for her exceptional leadership in digital transformation, helping businesses leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, strategy, and communication. Under her guidance, Decodifi has collaborated with major companies such as Ancestry.com and HubSpot, developing AI-powered marketing and operations tools that seamlessly integrate into large-scale organisations.

Her win comes at a pivotal time for gender diversity in the UK tech industry.
Despite making up half of STEM graduates, women represent just 26% of the UK tech workforce. Leadership opportunities remain limited, with only 5% of senior positions in the sector held by women.
The gender pay gap in tech stands at 16%, significantly higher than the UK mean average of 6.9%. Meanwhile, just 3% of young women consider a career in technology their first choice, highlighting the need for greater representation and support for women in digital industries (STEM Women).
By celebrating leaders like Charlie, the industry can encourage more women into technology and leadership roles, helping to build a more diverse and inclusive future in digital innovation.
