Lupton Fawcett is strengthening its commercial property team with the appointment of Claire Mayfield-Tulip.

Claire joins the Yorkshire law firm as a partner, based at its office in Sheffield.

Claire acts for land and property owners and established developers in South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, providing commercial advice on all aspects of land acquisition, development, leasing, mortgaging and disposal.

Her specialist areas include new build development projects, lettings of industrial and retail premises and site assembly for commercial and residential development projects.
