I'm Claire, a very proud mum, rescue greyhound owner and crap runner. I also live and breathe writing and communications in both my personal and professional life. I've done masses of corporate work, most notably for the NHS, the Department for Work and Pensions, Next and Yorkshire Water, and I'm also a blogger and 40 plus influencer. Since creating my blog my40pluslife.me three years ago, I've been a finalist in the Yorkshire Blog Awards, written for Woman and Home, the Yorkshire Times, Yorkshire Businesswoman magazine and others, and been featured in The Sun, The Daily Mirror, Best, Living North and the Yorkshire Evening Post. I also write for HN Magazine on all things lifestyle and host a weekly Instagram live to combat weekend loneliness. As a writer, my versatility is my strength.
