As social media platforms continue to evolve at pace, many business owners are finding it harder than ever to keep up, let alone feel confident using them well. In response, Leeds-based marketing agency Youbee Media launched The Hive Academy, a community-led online platform designed to make social media marketing clearer, calmer and more accessible.

Developed off the back of growing demand for Youbee Media’s practical, jargon-free training, The Hive Academy combines on-demand learning with peer support, recognising that confidence often grows fastest when people learn together. Since its launch, the academy has already attracted more than 30 active members, creating an engaged community alongside expert-led guidance.

Founder and marketing director Rebecca Hopwood explains: “Social media moves quickly, and when you’re running a business it’s easy to feel behind or overwhelmed. The Hive Academy was created to break things down, offer reassurance and help people move forward with confidence.”

With step-by-step courses, live webinars, content challenges and a supportive online space, The Hive Academy continues to evolve by offering a practical, affordable way to build momentum and stay connected in an increasingly noisy digital world.
