Leeds-based PR and content agency Aubergine has launched a specialist PR-led fulfilment service designed specifically for influencer kits, press packs, retail samples, buyer mailers and gifting.

The service has been created in response to growing demand from consumer brands for more thoughtful and visual unboxing experiences. It offers end-to-end support from strategy through to design and delivery, for any consumer brand looking to ensure that every touchpoint is considered, crafted and impactful.

With an increasing emphasis on influencer engagement, unboxing experiences and shareable content, Aubergine will be picking and shipping client products from a 30,000 sq ft studio in Leeds.

The launch builds on Aubergine’s track record of delivering creative, high-impact mailers and kits for brands across food, drink, beauty and wellness, including Harewood Christmas Boxes, Axis Biotix Gut Health Kits and Hoopsy Mindful Fertility Kits, each designed to create a memorable and shareable experience for recipients.

By bringing fulfillment in-house as a dedicated offering, the agency aims to remove the operational burden from clients while elevating the quality and consistency of execution.

The service is designed for a broad range of clients, including food and drink, beauty and wellness, hospitality groups, challenger retail brands and even other PR agencies seeking a white-label fulfillment partner.

Verity Clarke, co-founder and director said: “As campaigns continue to evolve towards more tangible, experience-led formats, our brand new PR Fulfilment Studio positions fulfilment not as a back-end function but as a critical part of storytelling and brand building.”

Aubergine’s PR Fulfilment Studio is now available as both a standalone service and an add-on to existing creative PR and influencer campaigns.
