Avant Homes launches first family homes at Skelton Gate

Housebuilder Avant Homes North Yorkshire has launched the first family homes for sale at its £60m, 215-home Greenlock Place development in Skelton Gate, Leeds.

Located just off Pontefract Lane five miles from Leeds city centre, the development comprises a mix of three, four and five-bedroom family homes and features 15 of Avant Homes’ high-quality housetypes.

All properties at Greenlock Place include an open-plan living space, designer kitchen with integrated appliances and boutique bathrooms complete with designer tiling and contemporary sanitaryware.

Sales and marketing director, Dan Hardcastle, said: “After a great response since announcing our Greenlock Place development, we are very pleased that our high-quality homes are now on sale.
