Caroline Hill joins Leeds Building Society’s executive team

Leeds Building Society has appointed Caroline Hill as its chief people officer as it looks to the future and further develops its talented workforce.
Caroline joins the Society’s executive team from KPMG and was previously chief people and strategy officer at Wesleyan, the financial services mutual, for four years.
Her work has included shaping the vision and strategy needed to create a welcoming, diverse and inclusive culture, capable of responding to the changing needs of businesses, at workplaces including Santander UK and other FTSE-listed companies.

Leeds Building Society moved into new modern Head Office in Sovereign Street, in the centre of Leeds last year. The Society was also recently awarded a three star rating by Best Companies – the accreditation is the recognised standard for workplace engagement, with the findings based on its employee survey.
