Yorkshire beauty lovers are invited to an exclusive evening of luxury skincare, make-up and afternoon tea at the iconic Bettys Harrogate on Thursday 30th July, as This is Yorkshire Beauty hosts a special event in partnership with leading beauty brands Lancôme, YSL and Kiehl’s.

Taking place from 6.30pm to 9pm, the evening will mark the countdown to Yorkshire’s only British Beauty Week event taking place later this year, while also celebrating Yorkshire Day in one of Harrogate’s most famous settings.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Champagne, or a non-alcoholic alternative, before enjoying a luxurious Bettys Afternoon Tea. Beauty experts from Lancôme, YSL and Kiehl’s will lead a series of inspiring masterclasses covering the latest make-up looks, skincare products and expert tips, from everyday essentials to show-stopping occasion looks.

Tickets include a £20 voucher to spend on the night in the beauty hall.

Vicky Clapham, co-founder of the women's community, This is Yorkshire Beauty, said: “Harrogate is the perfect place to celebrate beauty, style and Yorkshire spirit, and we’re thrilled to be bringing this special event to Bettys. It will be a gorgeous evening of luxury beauty, expert advice and connection, all in one of Yorkshire’s most iconic locations. We wanted to create something that feels truly special for local women and beauty lovers across the region.”

Ben Pattinson North East regional makeup artist said: “I’m so excited to be a part of this event. It’s the perfect opportunity to bring the latest makeup trends to life and showcase the amazing product catalogue L'Oréal brands like YSL and Lancôme have to offer. Harrogate has such a strong beauty and retail community and it’s wonderful to be involved in an event that celebrates that."

The event follows last year’s sold out evening hosted by This is Yorkshire Beauty Ltd. Founded by Dr Lubna Khan-Salim, and Vicky Clpaham, This is Yorkshire Beauty Ltd is a community that hosts expert-led events and curated experiences, bringing together women and shaping the future of beauty, health, and longevity. The duo are an official partner of the British Beauty Council and have hosted Yorkshire's only official event for British Beauty week for the past three years.
