The Real Estate team operates across multiple Chadwick Lawrence sites in Yorkshire, spanning Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Halifax, Morley, Horbury, Bradford, and Guiseley.

Recently, the team collaborated to develop and execute a comprehensive project plan encompassing various new initiatives. These initiatives include the implementation of InCase mobile app, refined process flows, enhancements in case management efficiency, a team restructuring, whole team conferences, a broad network of nationwide referrers, and an effort to improve Trustpilot ranking.

The team work together, aligning their efforts, to be recognised as one of the top conveyancing teams in the industry. The team is addressing identified points to distinguish themselves within the competitive landscape.

The entire Real Estate Management team, featuring dedicated individuals such as Ruth Nippers, Natalie Glover, Amanda Ambler, Bhavna Patel, Sarah Haller and Michelle Myers, is dedicated to serving clients and also actively prioritising its employees' health and well-being.
