Do you have a signature perfume?

For many years, I have worn Chanel Coco Noir perfume, I love it and still use regularly, mainly because whenever I have thought about changing it, I seem to get a flood of comments about how gorgeous I smell.

Recently, I was at a ladies networking event and received a goody bag and in it was a sample perfume. Now to be honest, I tend not to bother even smelling them as they are usually not very nice but I did on that occasion and was immediately bowled over by how gorgeous the smell was.

Investigating further, I discovered it was Penhaligon's Clandestine Clara.I immediately went to the website to learn more about this divine perfume. There is a quick questionnaire on the website asking about your own preferences on what smells you like, and after completing it, I discovered that the right perfume for me was - surprise surprise - Clandestine Clara.

I have to admit that although it is quite pricey, I had to indulge. When it arrived, the bottle is huge, in the most equisite quirky packaging and certainly an indulgence.

I have learned since that there is a Penhaligon's shop in Victoria Quarter, so I am trying to avoid because, I will want the body lotion and purse spray (if there is one) and I won't be able to resist. Roll on Christmas!
