We’re excited to announce the TENTH edition of the annual Leeds Tattoo Expo, to be held at First Direct Arena this June! Leeds Tattoo Expo is a gathering of over 200 tattooists and 70 traders, plus exciting entertainment throughout the weekend. The artists will be tattooing with options for both pre-booked appointments and walk ups available all weekend - check out our instagram to see who is attending so far, with new tattooists being announced every day! There will also be a piercer, tooth gems and a henna artist ready to adorn your body!

For the first time we will be collaborating with The Card Expo, a brand new event featuring 60 stands selling cards, plushies, ornaments and more. You can also bring your own collection to the dedicated trade area, where you can organise, play, trade, and connect with other collectors! The Card Expo will also feature a retro gaming experience provided by NQ64, plus exciting activities for kids and big kids alike!

Alongside getting tattooed, there’s plenty to do and to see over the whole weekend; you’ll also find an alternative drawing class, an illustrators market with kids’ workshops provided by Art Gecko, an art fusion event on the main stage, burlesque performances and competitions, a small vintage clothing pop-up, fire breathing and break dancing demonstrations in the square outside the arena and the annual tattoo competitions each evening, where tattooists showcase their work to a panel of judges, sponsored by the great people of Killer Ink!

To celebrate our tenth anniversary we’re hosting a Pre-Party at Belgrave on Thursday 5th June! This is a free entry event with live music and free pizza!

You can experience all of the above and more for a small ticket fee at the wonderful, accessible gem that is First Direct Arena. For tickets head to Ultimate Skin in Leeds City Centre or buy yours online now! Under 14s get in free with a paying adult - if you’d like to get tattooed you MUST be over 18, please bring photo ID in case your tattooist needs to check.
