Joe Wicks, otherwise known as "The Body Coach" is a British fitness coach, TV presenter and author.

A very familiar face to many, and now a champion fundraiser for the NHS.

Joining Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid live on Good Morning Britain from his home in Richmond, where he is self-isolating, Joe revealed that his 9am online PE classes have raised over £80,000 for the NHS staff on the frontline of the coronavirus pandemic.

Last week, his YouTube series peaked with nearly one million people tuning in live to workout together around the world.

Joe revealed that this money had been raised via the AdSense on the past seven videos and that he was incredibly proud of this achievement to date.

There really cannot be any excuse not to join Joe, especially when he had been sharing hid daily exercise videos despite fracturing his hand after falling off his bike.

Joe commented "It doesn't matter if you are fit, superset or unfit, you're going to move your body, get your heart pumping and you're going to leave feeling more optimistic".

Should you wish to join in with the fun, why not check out "The Body Coach TV" on YouTube.
