Located on Brighouse Road, the 150 home community will deliver a range of three and four bedroom properties which will be ideal for a variety of house hunters, including first-time buyers looking to make the step on to the property ladder, growing families and working professionals.

Property seekers can now tour the three bedroom Starling, and the four bedroom Kite and Kestrel style show homes at the development.

The show homes have been expertly designed by Edward Thomas Interiors, which means those touring can take inspiration and be up to date with all the latest trends.

Sam Wood, sales director at Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, said: “We are very excited to have launched our new development, The Skylarks.

“We have three impressive show homes now open to explore, which will provide keen house hunters the opportunity to view the beautiful designs and envisage how living at the development could suit their lifestyle.

“We’ve already seen a lot of interest in the development, so we recommend anyone interested to visit The Skylarks to speak with our expert sales team.”

Located in the popular town of Hipperholme, The Skylarks offers the best of both worlds with a range of amenities including shops, schools, cafes, restaurants, pubs and a dentist nearby, as well as green open space on the doorstep.
