Hyatt Hotels today announces the opening of Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds, marking the Hyatt brands’ debut into the Leeds market. With Hyatt Place and Hyatt House under one roof, this new dual-branded development combines intuitive design, practical amenities, spacious rooms, and 24/7 convenience, offering guests a home away from home. Together with a state-of-the-art fitness centre, flexible meeting spaces and stunning city views, Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds are the perfect city retreat for business, leisure and extended stay travellers alike.

Located in the heart of Leeds, in the regenerated Sovereign Square, these hotels are a stone’s throw from the train station and close to the city’s bustling retail and restaurant scene. The hotels and restaurant are managed by leading third-party management company Aimbridge Hospitality. Designed by DLA Architects and Studio Two, the building incorporates curved, convex beam elements, creating a distinctive industrial architectural feature.
