Lazenby’s Financial Services is inviting professionals and business owners to a relaxed outdoor networking event in the beautiful surroundings of Roundhay Park, Leeds, as part of My Money Week.

Taking place on Thursday 11th June, from 11am to 1pm, the event will bring together people who value financial wellbeing, personal resilience and meaningful professional connections.

Designed as a fresh alternative to traditional networking, the gathering will combine practical financial insight, wellbeing guidance, a networking walk around Roundhay Park and an informal lunch supplied by local food business Wheely Indian Food, founded by Maddy Pugal.

The event reflects Lazenby’s Financial Services’ belief that true wealth goes beyond financial success. Long-term prosperity is closely linked not only to how people manage their money, but also to how they protect their energy, wellbeing and resilience.

Alan Lazenby, managing director of Lazenby’s will share practical tips on managing finances effectively, building financial resilience and making confident decisions about money.

He will be joined by local expert, and Yorkshire Businesswoman member Ros Jones, a Burnout and Leadership Coach and trainer, and will explore The Currency of Wellbeing. Ros will share practical strategies to help professionals protect their energy, maintain balance and avoid burnout.

The event will begin at Roundhay Café at 11am, before attendees set off on a 60-minute networking walk around Roundhay Park. The group will then make its way to the bandstand, where Ros and Alan will deliver their talks before lunch arrives from Maddy Pugal of Wheely Indian Food.

Alan Lazenby said: “Financial wellbeing and personal wellbeing are deeply connected. This event is about creating space for business owners and professionals to step away from the desk, gain practical insight and have meaningful conversations in one of Leeds’ most beautiful settings.”

The event is aimed at business owners, professionals, individuals interested in improving their financial wellbeing, those looking to better manage stress and avoid burnout, and anyone who values purposeful networking. Attendees are also welcome to bring their dogs to accompany them on the walk.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience relaxed and engaging. Tickets are £10 and include lunch and the talks. Further details can be found at www.lazenbysfs.co.uk
