With the doors to Leeds’ latest restaurant, Blue Pavilion, now open, the fine dining restaurant has revealed its luxury menu.

Blue Pavilion is situated off Merrion Street, Woodhouse Lane and Albion Street and is a new £3m complex which fuses food and entertainment with its very own karaoke venue, K-CUBE.

The menu, which combines culinary artistry and cultural heritage, consists of both an a la carte menu as well as a number of set menus.

The set menus include:

  • Blue Pavilion Empire - £108pp – a collection of its most cherished dishes, curated to perfection.
  • Sapphire - £88pp – a collection of dishes as precious as sapphire, where each bite unfolds a unique story of flavour and texture.
  • Opal - £68pp - a luxurious and captivating set menu that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Emerald - £45pp - for those with a plant-based cuisine, with each dish reflecting the exquisite allure of an emerald gem

Each offers a collection of its most cherished dishes including Dim Sum Platters, Peking Duck with Caviar, Japanese Shioyaki Wagyu Beef, which is a sought-after delicacy, and Taiwanese Sanbei Chicken, accompanied by a delectable array of side dishes and signature desserts.

The a la carte menu includes a range of starters, small plates, mains, desserts, and side options, all-encompassing meat, seafood, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Menus are subject to change to offer the freshest produce.

The drinks menu also includes a range of fine wines, including Chateau Haut-Brion Pessac-Leognan 1996, premium cocktails such as “Jiuzhaigou Hu” which is created with Roku, Aperitif Wine, Blue Curacao, Lemon, and Bitters. The menu also includes exclusive spirits, including The Macallan Sherry Oak (25-year-old) and Louis XIII Cognac, available in 10ml up to 50ml.

Building on the success of the hugely popular Blue Sakura – an exceptional Japanese dining experience which has become a firm favourite amongst Leeds foodies – the team is excited to introduce another unforgettable dining experience.

Jack Lin, director at Blue Pavilion, said: “We’re excited to reveal our menu and open bookings to the public. The menu presents a symphony of flavours that celebrate the essence of East Asian cuisine. We invite guests to join us on a gastronomic adventure like no other.”

Chiu Tong Huang, director added: “We’re bringing the passion, and tradition of East Asian fine dining to the heart of Leeds. We believe this is something new and innovative that the Leeds foodie scene hasn’t experienced before.”

Charles Newman, associate director, Estates for Town Centre Securities PLC, owners of the Merrion Centre said: "We are looking forward to introducing the latest in culinary excellence to the Merrion Centre as we proudly welcome this premium restaurant that promises to redefine the art of fine dining.

“The exciting addition of Blue Pavilion further reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and catering to the diverse tastes of our visitors."
