We are thrilled to have partnered with Sarah J Thomas to offer one lucky follower two free tickets to her forthcoming Body Empowerment Event.

On Saturday 11th June join Sarah and a team of inspirational women for a series of talks, plus fizz, food and shopping.

This fantastic event is focussed on women who have been through a body transition, this could be post partum, peri menopause, menopause, weight change or loss of self through the pandemic.

You will be inspired and empowered during five sessions covering nutrition, strength, style, female health and beauty.

Experts will offer advice, knowledge and tips, all surrounded by like minded women in a relaxed and fun environment .

You will also be able to take advantage of the Clockface Beauty Skin Clinic and enjoy shopping with some fabulous female founded independent businesses.

It really is the ultimate mix of self care and a great ladies afternoon.

Tickets are £17.50 each and include refreshments and a goody bag.
