Leeds-based marketing agency Youbee Media, which has become well known for its teams' down-to-earth, friendly yet ‘fluff-free’, strategic services, has announced an impressive start to Q2, adding five new clients to its client roster. The news comes at a time of celebration at Youbee Media, following a trio of team promotions aimed at supporting the young talent within the agency.

The agency shares an impressive five new client wins during the first half of April, including UK Drinks vending specialists, Brüud, Thornton Hill Care Home, Well Springs Care Home, UK business growth festival, ClimbUK and Elland-based CIC, Project Colt.

Director Rebecca Hopwood commented: “We’re thrilled to partner with our new clients and excited to make a positive impact through tailored marketing strategies.”

The agency’s recent momentum follows the launch of its online learning platform, The Hive Academy, late last year, an expansion of Youbee Media’s popular professional marketing training services.

Commenting on why they’ve chosen Youbee Media as their marketing partner, Brüud marketing director, Steve Harrison, shared: "Youbee Media is the ideal partner for brüud as we look to strengthen commercial partnerships across our digital platforms. With a new brand launch underway and a number of exciting products on the horizon, now is the perfect time to build momentum. We’re already seeing early success with new partnerships secured and are excited about what we can achieve together."

Ben Redhead, managing director at Thornton Hill Care Homes, also shared: “I started working with Youbee Media in March 2026 after a recommendation from a trusted colleague. We wanted to build our social media presence to build our brand after recent expansion. Rebecca and her team have been really hands-on and have provided insights and expertise that I don't have within my business. I feel re-assured that they have taken the time to understand my business and our goals and look forward to working with them over the next few months and hopefully years.”

Rebecca added: “This flurry of new client wins has come at such a positive time for our team, after the following, much-deserved promotions and pay-rises were made across our team, including Jennifer Hall being promoted to marketing & campaign manager, as she celebrated her one-year work anniversary with us.

“Olivia Rock has been promoted to senior content manager as her role has evolved to include new responsibilities, and Caera Cox, who joined us as a college placement last year, has been offered a part-time junior marketing consultant role alongside her studies, after impressing the team so much”.

Adding to the agency’s recent stream of positive news, they received a nomination for the 2026 SheInspires Women in STEM and Digital Innovation award, and Rebecca has been listed on the Founding Cohort of the 2026 International SheInspires Impact Leaders List.

Sharing more on supporting young marketing talent and Youbee Media’s recent successes, Rebecca added: “Overall, I’m feeling very proud of our team. We’re a small team, yet we’ve grown and achieved so much, both collectively and individually. For me, one of the most rewarding parts of my position is being able to support not only clients but also my talented team in achieving their goals - so everything that’s happened over the last few weeks has been wonderful.

“Olivia, Jennifer and Caera are all at different, yet still early stages of their careers, but seeing them grow in confidence, progress and impress clients with their unique skill sets and ideas is truly inspiring. Each has followed a different education path that was the right choice for them. With Olivia joining us nearly 4 years ago as an apprentice and working her way up, Jennifer joining straight out of university, and Caera, as a college placement student. This highlights there’s no set route into a marketing position or career, and what matters most is having the drive and passion to succeed in environments that allow you to thrive”.
