Stuzzi has announced a premium tasting dinner, complete with a set of pairings from Ferrari’s world-class collection of sparkling wines.

From 7pm on Thursday 30th September, Stuzzi’s Grand Arcade restaurant will host an extra special evening, with four classic courses inspired by Italy’s lesser-known Trentino region – and wines from Ferrari’s leading portfolio to match.

Ferrari was once again crowned ‘Best Italian Sparkling Wine’ at the 2020 Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships, and brings with it an extraordinary international reputation for producing excellent sparkling wines from Italy’s northern Trentino province.

As the official sparkling wine of Formula One, Ferrari can be found at the iconic Grand Prix podium toast, where its presence reflects the maker’s long, respected history.

Stuzzi’s exclusive evening with Ferrari will be hosted by brand ambassador, Alice Gatto, who’ll be on hand to guide guests as they sip through a carefully curated selection of sparkling wines.

The Stuzzi chefs have dreamt up a complementary menu of traditional, Trentino-inspired dishes, each designed to match perfectly with the selected vintage.

Jimbob Director, Stuzzi said: “This is a rare opportunity to taste the portfolio of the best sparkling wine producer in Italy. We are proud to stock Ferrari wines and to continue working closely with the company. The food we are pairing with the wines is based on our numerous trips to this lesser known region, and is very different to most people's perception of ‘Italian’ food. Events like this don’t happen often enough in Leeds, let alone outside of London, and it feels great to start bringing them back to Yorkshire after the last 18 months.”

Book your place at Stuzzi’s Ferrari Tasting Dinner now. Tickets are £55, and include four courses and a selection of wines. Arrival is from 7pm, for a 7.30pm start -> https://stuzzi.co.uk/leeds/book/
