The UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) has announced that West Yorkshire Combined Authority is the official Destination Partner for the annual event taking place between 20th-22nd May 2025, in Leeds.

As the Destination Partner, West Yorkshire Combined Authority will take a prominent role at UKREiiF, with a strategically positioned pavilion at the heart of the event. This prime location will provide extensive opportunities to host panels, meetings, discussions, and activities throughout the three-day forum, ensuring that West Yorkshire remains at the centre of the action.

Tracy Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire, said: “2025 is a major year for West Yorkshire, as we press ahead with our ambitious plans to champion investment and create new jobs.

"Over the past three years, we’ve showcased our region to thousands of investors and business leaders at UKREiiF, helping us to boost our economy and put more money in people’s pockets.

"It’s fantastic that UKREiiF is returning to Leeds for a fourth consecutive year, as we work with our local partners to build a stronger, brighter West Yorkshire."

Nathan Spencer, managing director at UKREiiF, said: “We are thrilled to have the West Yorkshire Combined Authority as our official Destination Partner for the 2025 event. Their central role at the forum will not only highlight the region's strategic importance but also provide an exceptional platform to showcase the incredible opportunities available within West Yorkshire. We look forward to seeing the Combined Authority facilitate connections and opportunities throughout the three days in Leeds.”

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fourth annual event will be held in Leeds on 20-22 May 2025. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.
