Office group WorkWell has appointed Laura Edwards to the new role of senior renewals manager to support its ambitious growth plans.

Laura brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked across customer success and operations functions in the recruitment and technology sectors. In her new position, she is responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers. Her remit includes driving contract retention, working cross-functionally with teams across sales, customer success, and finance, and identifying opportunities to add value to members.

Commenting on her new role, Laura said: “WorkWell’s offering stands out in the market because of the calibre of its workspaces and a real commitment to supporting the long-term success of every customer.
