A Yorkshire Wolds brewery has teamed up with fellow Yorkshire businesses to launch a limited edition treat box for Christmas.

Wold Newton based Wold Top Brewery has launched a Yorkshire Beer and Snack Box featuring products from Thixendale businesses The Honest Bean Co and The Chilli Jam Man, plus sweet treats from Brighouse-based Lottie Shaw’s.

Commenting on the rationale for the gift box, Wold Top’s marketing exec Hannah Hatfield said: “We’re very excited to launch this tasty festive collection which brings together award-winning beer and artisan treats from some of the region’s most loved makers.

“Packed full of character, flavour and Yorkshire craftsmanship, this limited edition gift box is a tasty gift that is bound to delight anyone receiving it.”

The gift box comprises six of Wold Top’s best-selling beers, BBQ Fava Beans, Yorkshire Wolds Chilli Jam, Yorkshire Parkin and mince pies.

The Honest Bean Co.’s marketing exec Hattie Gillingham said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with fellow Yorkshire family farming business Wold Top on this exciting collaboration.

“Not only do we share a Yorkshire Wolds location, but we’re both producing something local, sustainable, and downright delicious from Yorkshire-grown crops.”

The Christmas Yorkshire Beer and Snack Box costs £45 and is available online at www.woldtopbrewery.co.uk.

Wold Top Brewery was founded in 2003 and is located on the Mellor family farm at Hunmanby Grange near Filey. The team uses home-grown barley and water from the farm’s borehole to produce a range of cask, keg, and bottled beers that are available throughout Yorkshire and nationwide.
