The Yorkshire division of national homebuilder, Bellway Homes has released new photography of its Scrivener show home at Bishop’s Gate in Beverley and asked the question – who would like to live in a house like this?
The four-bedroom detached home,is part of Bellway’s Artisan collection of contemporary homes and features the homebuilder’s trademark open plan kitchen, dining and family area, which opens up into the enclosed back garden. There’s also a traditional living room, while upstairs are four bedrooms – the master one featuring an en-suite bathroom – and a family bathroom. The home also has an attached garage and comes complete with integrated appliances and a fully-fitted kitchen.
Amanda Thomas, sales manager, said: “The Scrivener really is the perfect family home. The open plan area is perfect for family get-togethers – and with the French doors opening onto the back garden, ideal for BBQs and garden parties whenever the sun decides to shine!”
“There’s also a plentiful amount of room to kick-back, relax and enjoy your own space, whether in one of the beautifully appointed bedrooms, the bay-windowed living room or soaking in a long, luxurious bath.”
Being built on an 11-hectare site off Woodmansey Mile, Bishop’s Gate comprises 300-homes and Bellway says the development has been designed to appeal to buyers from all walks and stages of life – from first time buyers through to growing families and on to downsizers. It features a strong mix of different designs and includes two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
All of the homes on the development are designed and built to the exacting high standards expected of a housebuilder that has been awarded a five-star status by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for eight successive years. This rating is awarded only when 90 per cent or more of customers state they would happily recommend a housebuilder to a friend or family member. HBF’s ratings are based on a survey of all new home buyers over a calendar year.
“Our reputation for building homes that buyers love is long established,” added Amanda. “And we don’t just stop there – we’re here to create homes and communities that people will love in an environment they’ll be proud to call home.”
