I have to change trains in Manchester but I don't think Trainline / Transpennine could make it more complicated if they tried! I have studied the many e-tickets they have sent me via the app (why can they not just send one) and for the life of me, I cannot work out if I stay on the train when I arrive in Picadilly to continue my journey to Victoria across the city where I catch the train to Leeds, or if I have to get off and head over to Victoria on foot?

Why can train companies not just send one ticket from A to B with simple instructions. Is that too difficult for them.

I should have two tickets, one that gives my starting station and destination station and the other reversed! Instead I have several tickets that are VERY complicated.

Is there anyone out there who catches a train through Manchester that arrives at one station and leaves from another who can clear this up for me?

Come on Trainline and Transpennine, simplify the ticketing system for everyone!

A busy old March!

March has been incredibly busy here at Yorkshire Businesswoman. We kicked the month off in the absolutely best way, celebrating the businesswomen of Yorkshire at the second Yorkshire Businesswoman Awards at the Marriott Hotel Leeds. The event was a complete sell out and what a night we had! The evening was full of fun, laughter and tears, happy tears I might add. I want to extend my congratulations to all the winners and to EVERYONE who was involved in whatever way, you all know who you are
