To mark the start of the new year, the growing women’s network group This is Yorkshire Beauty is inviting women to reset with clarity, calm and confidence at The January Reset, a restorative morning event taking place on Thursday 30 January, from 10:00am–12:00pm, in the elegant private Etty Room at The Ivy, York.
Set against the refined backdrop of one of York’s most iconic venues, The January Reset has been thoughtfully curated to support women who are ready to pause, reflect and realign as they step into the year ahead.
The morning will begin with a guided meditation and breathing workshop led by acclaimed actress, wellbeing advocate and yoga teacher Roxy Shahidi, offering guests practical tools to restore balance, reduce stress and reconnect with themselves. This will be followed by a guided intention-setting session, empowering attendees to consciously shape their year with purpose and clarity.
Guests will also hear from women’s health and longevity expert Dr Lubna Khan-Salim, who will share her top 10 health insights for 2026, offering expert-led, accessible guidance on how women can optimise their wellbeing in the year ahead.
Following the workshops, attendees will enjoy a luxurious brunch served in the beautiful private dining space, alongside thoughtful conversation and the opportunity to form meaningful connections with a community of like-minded women.
